5th National Inter-School Moot Court Competition

Three students from Garden High School, Aaronya Paul (XI C), Swapnadeep Adhikary (XI C) and Aditya Dhiran (XII C) participated in the 5th National Inter-School Moot Court Competition, organized by Future Foundation School in collaboration with BML Munjal University on 24 July 2026.

The team argued a fictional constitutional case concerning the constitutional validity of the Subversive Activities Detection Act, 2020 (SADA). The case centred on issues of privacy, personal liberty, equality before law, freedom of profession and freedom of peaceful assembly under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, providing the students with valuable exposure to legal research, advocacy and constitutional reasoning.
