Alaap 2026
Selected pupils from Classes IV and V of Garden High School participated in ‘Alaap 2026’, hosted by The Heritage School on 28 July 2026. The fest offered a range of engaging events that fostered creativity, collaboration and critical thinking through interactive games and challenges.
Aharshi Ghosh (V E) and Adhiraj Banerjee (IV C) took part in ‘Game Changers’, where they collaborated with participants from other schools to design an innovative indoor game. Vihaan Mukherjee (V E) and Sanket Chowdhury (IV F) showcased their vocabulary and strategic thinking in ‘Game O Words’, a Scrabble-based event. Avantika Lahiri (V E) participated in ‘Game Craft’, demonstrating her skills in Chinese Checkers, while Baibhav Mazumder (IV F) and Aarav Ghosal (IV B) competed in a carrom event.
In ‘Game Quest’, the quiz team comprising Debashmeet Saha (V E), Aranyak Singha Roy (IV C) and Arindam Nag (IV F) emerged as the top scorers. Overall, Garden High School was awarded the ‘Go-Getters’ Certificate, equivalent to the First Runners Up position at the fest, marking a commendable performance by the young participants.
