Independence Day Celebration – Class II

Venue: Garden High School

The pupils of Class II presented a short Bengali playlet entitled ‘Swadesh Aamar Swapno’ to celebrate our 79th Independence Day. The play chronicled the life story of the young patriot, Khudiram Bose. The children enacted this tragic but inspirational saga of our freedom struggle through dialogues, songs, poems and a dance recital. Their efforts were lauded by everyone present in the audience.
