Lego-Robotics Workshop
A group of students from Class IX participated in a Lego-Robotics Workshop held at the American Center, Kolkata, on 22 May 2026. The workshop offered an exciting opportunity to explore the practical applications of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) through hands-on learning.
Pupils from five schools worked together in mixed teams to design and build LEGO-based prototypes addressing real-world challenges related to areas such as security systems, supply chain management, sustainable development and urban planning. The activity encouraged creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Following the design phase, each team presented its model and explained its ideas before an audience, responding confidently to questions from the organisers and participants. The experience helped students appreciate how technology and innovation can be used to create meaningful solutions for society.
The workshop was an enriching and inspiring learning experience that encouraged students to think like future innovators and responsible global citizens. The school congratulates all the participants for their enthusiastic involvement and commendable performance.
